While the ideal candidate will have experience developing solutions for mid to enterprise sized accounts, a variety of backgrounds will work well in this broad and diverse role. More About Your Role

You will report to our Infrastructure, Security or Unified Communications Practice Manager depending upon your specific background. The role involves both pre-sales and hands-on design work with a focus on higher end networks.
You will contribute to all five of our key practice areas -- assessment and compliance, enterprise platforms, security, networking infrastructure and unified communication -- and you can expect to be involved with multiple engagements and projects at any given time. An engagement may last anywhere from a week to several months.

To excel in this role you will need to be able to manage multiple projects effectively, including maintaining a flexible list of priorities. You'll also need to complement your technical expertise not only with strong interpersonal skills, but also with the "CEO vision and spirit" to recognize additional opportunities in the course of engagements, bring new ideas and insights, and focus on career and company growth.
